Ke427 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using the ke427 platform. By registering for or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by all terms set out below.
1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using the ke427 platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the ke427 platform.
These terms constitute a binding agreement between you (the user) and ke427 management, and are subject to applicable laws in Malaysia. ke427 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, with changes taking effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Users under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using this platform. ke427 reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend any account that cannot confirm eligibility.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) ke427 account. Opening multiple accounts under the same individual — using different information, different devices, or any other method — is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, phone number, and any other required details. ke427 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to meet internal compliance requirements.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. ke427 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by a user's failure to protect their login credentials. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact customer support immediately at [email protected].
- Sharing your password or account details with any other party is strictly prohibited.
- Using another person's account without their authorization is strictly prohibited.
- Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to ke427 systems through technical means is strictly prohibited.
- Users are responsible for all activity that occurs under their account.
3. Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Conduct
Ke427 users agree to use this platform solely for lawful personal entertainment and will not use it for any illegal activity, fraud, or system manipulation. All registered users are required to comply with the following rules:
- The use of bots, automated scripts, or third-party software is strictly prohibited to interact with the platform, including automating bets or in-game actions.
- Payment fraud is strictly prohibited including the use of stolen credit/debit cards or unauthorized payment methods.
- Collusion with other players is strictly prohibited to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage in table games or sports.
- Abuse of promotions is strictly prohibited including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly or using methods that circumvent the terms of any individual promotion.
- Disruptive behaviour is strictly prohibited other users or ke427 support staff through the platform's communication channels.
Any violation of the rules above may result in immediate account suspension or closure. ke427 reserves the right to withhold any balance in accounts involved in fraudulent activity pending the outcome of an investigation.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the ke427 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods including FPX (Internet Banking) and DuitNow. ke427 reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same Malaysian bank account registered at the time of account opening or subsequently verified. ke427 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding specified limits.
Withdrawal processing times are typically between one (1) and three (3) business days, depending on the receiving banking institution. ke427 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party banking systems.
- Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are subject to the limits set within the platform.
- Deposits made are non-refundable except in verified technical situations.
- Ke427 reserves the right to decline or place on hold any transaction suspected of involving fraud.
- All promotions and bonuses are subject to rollover requirements and additional terms as specified separately.
5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Account Policy
Liability Limits
Ke427 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to service interruptions, technical failures, errors in result displays, or loss of funds due to unauthorized access not caused by negligence on ke427's part.
Ke427's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the account balance held by that user at the time of the alleged incident.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ke427 platform — including logos, interface design, text, images, icons, and software — is the exclusive property of ke427 or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any of these elements without prior written consent.
Account Suspension and Closure
Ke427 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for reasons including suspected fraud, breach of terms, a user's own request, or internal compliance requirements. Users may request voluntary account closure by contacting [email protected]. Confirmed balances in voluntarily closed accounts will be returned via an agreed method within a reasonable timeframe.
Third-Party Links
The ke427 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. ke427 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the ke427 platform shall be resolved through mutually agreed channels. The official language for all communications relating to these terms is Bahasa Melayu.
